I have been into the smaller portable systems and picked up a few of these.   Great little device for the money.   I know they look plastic but they aren’t.  They are made of metal – even the mouth piece – which shocked me when I got it.

and a wattage range between 5 and 15W. Additionally, users can also
adjust airflow located on the air pipe, a rarity for systems in this
